The memory your work deserves.
Gaun keeps track of what people tell you at work. Talk to it after a meeting, or CC your own Gaun address, like nils@in.gaun.ai, on an email. Later, ask what was said and see the original source behind every answer.
Someone mentioned a company nine months ago, in a corridor. On Sunday you are having dinner with the person who runs it. Gaun connects the two before you walk in.
Built for founders, consultants and people in sales, whose work runs on conversations they need to remember.
Every screen on this page is the real app, running on an invented sample world.

Notes are where knowledge goes to be filed and forgotten.
Every tool you own stores what you wrote down. None of them knows that the supplier a colleague complained about in March is the one quoting you today, or that two different people have now told you the same thing.
- March · meeting note “…and their lead times were a nightmare last year.”
- June · a colleague's email “Have you dealt with them before? They seem keen.”
- Today · a quotation “Quotation 2231 — canopy panels, six weeks, ex works.”
It listens once
Speak after a meeting the way you would tell a colleague about it. No form, no fields, no tagging.
It connects
People, companies, problems, products and projects become one record that cross-references itself.
It shows its working
Every statement opens onto the sentence it came from. Nothing is asserted without a source behind it.
A short briefing when you open Gaun.
Gaun opens on what changed since you last looked, what is waiting on you, and what is coming. Each line traces back to the call or the email that produced it.
- A handful of things worth your attention, chosen from what Gaun has seen
- New information, strengthened beliefs, contradictions — separated
- Email read for what it says, not sorted into folders
- Promises become tasks and meetings, in your calendar and with a reminder, if you let it

Say what happened. That is the entire interaction.
One button, in the middle of the app. Talk for twenty seconds or five minutes. Gaun works out who you mentioned, what is new, what confirms something it already believed and what contradicts it — then shows you what it took away before it keeps anything.

Said once, in your words
Nothing to tag or type up afterwards. Names, companies and promises are Gaun's job to spot.
Gaun checks each one
Each thing it heard is marked against what it already knows: matched, new, stronger evidence, a promise made.
One question, if any
When something could be filed two ways, Gaun asks once, and you can skip it.
CC your assistant.
Half of what you would tell an assistant is already written down, in email. So give Gaun an address and copy it in. That is the whole setup.
It takes one extra address on the Cc line.
You get a personal address the moment you sign up, like nils@in.gaun.ai. Copy it in on a conversation, forward it a thread, or send it something worth remembering. Each email it receives is read for what it says and connected to the people, companies, projects and problems already in your record. Nothing about how you write email changes.
Make up to twenty addresses, one per project, client or role. They all feed the same memory. Gaun keeps who sent each email and when, so whenever it tells you something later, it can show you the email it came from.
Nils,
Re-quoted for the minimum structure after your call with Mikkel: bare hoop, one front panel, coated fabric. Six weeks from order. I can hold the price until Friday.

Questions the sample world has been asked
Ask it a question.
"Which supplier did someone warn me about, and what are they quoting now?" Gaun searches your record, ranks the likely answers and cites the note or email behind each one. Tap any line to open its source.
- Built from what you captured, not from the open web
- Every claim carries how well it is supported
- If it is not in your record, Gaun says so

Every answer shows its source.
Gaun never blurs the line between something you were told, something it worked out, and something nobody has established. Tap a statement and you get the original words underneath it — the note, the call, the thread, and the sentence itself.

One vocabulary, on every screen. Nothing is stated more firmly than it is known.
Provenance, not vibes
Every claim points at a source and the span of what was actually said. If it cannot, it is not stated as a fact.
Contradictions surface
When two sources disagree, Gaun says so and keeps both — instead of quietly preferring the newer one.
Your record stays yours
A correction keeps its history, so a wrong one can be undone. When you delete something, it is removed from your record, not hidden inside it.
Walk in knowing who is at the table.
Tell Gaun about Sunday's dinner and it prepares: who is coming, what you already know about each of them, what the room has in common, what is worth asking, and what it could not find out. Afterwards, the record of what happened links back to the plan.
Ask answers from your own record. Preparing for a meeting is the one place Gaun also looks outward, to find out who is coming, and it shows where each finding came from and when.
- Meetings read from your calendar, names matched to your contacts — if you give it access
- It notices when a contact has moved on, and offers the update
- A name it cannot place stays a question, with candidates and their evidence
- The briefing updates as new information arrives

Every person and company has a page.
Where they work, what they told you, what they are involved in, and how sure Gaun is about each of those. Projects, products, problems and sources have pages too, and search looks inside what was said.
- Merge a duplicate, correct a name, or state a fact outright

Gaun checks its assumptions with you.
Over time it may notice a preference or a way you tend to work. It shows you the observations behind each one and asks whether it got the pattern right. Until you confirm it, Gaun treats the pattern as an interpretation rather than a fact. You can choose This fits, Not quite or Discuss.

What happens to what you tell it.
Gaun asks you to hand it meetings, relationships and mail. This is what it does with them today, in plain words. Your record is stored for your account alone, never pooled, and never used to train a model, ours or anyone's. Gaun is in alpha, and this page changes whenever the answer does. The full detail is in the privacy policy. If anything remains unclear, email [email protected] and a person will answer.
Read by our providers, never used for training
Transcription and reading use third-party AI services under terms that forbid retention for training. Your text goes to them to be read, and comes back.
Only what you send
Gaun reads mail sent to your Gaun address and nothing else. It never opens your inbox. Your calendar and contacts it touches only as far as you allow: read, add, or update, each a choice you make and can take back.
Delete means delete
Remove a source, a person or your whole account and it is removed from your record at once, and from backups within thirty days.
Encrypted, and not browsed
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nobody at Gaun reads your record unless you ask for help with something specific and say so.
Early access
Gaun is in private testing on iPhone, starting with founders, consultants and people in sales. Leave your address and we will get in touch when there is a build worth your time.
No newsletter. One email, from a person.
